For the multi-category production conditions of IKEA OEM factories in bags and fabric toys, we delivered the AF-100 fully automatic zipper puller threading machine (switchable between single/double sliders). The machine is equipped with a Siemens PLC, Inovance servo drives, and an AirTAC pneumatic vibrating feeder. The whole process is fully automatic and integrated: zipper feeding, automatic puller sorting, precise threading, end trimming, and discharging.
