Based on the fabric thickness and specifications of M&G's document folders and subject bags, we deployed a dedicated fully automatic edge-binding machine. The machine is equipped with leading or imported components from Siemens, Panasonic, Inovance, Yijia, Chint, Schneider, SMC, AirTAC, and other top brands. It supports quick mold changeover for multiple bag sizes and completes the entire process in one pass: feeding, folding, sewing, pressing, and discharging.
