The full process is automated: pouch feeding, two‑side fold‑over edge sewing, ultrasonic hot‑melt reinforcement and precision fixed‑length cutting. The machine has a built‑in waste‑recovery unit that collects off‑cuts in one place for a clean production environment. Finished pouches feature firm, flat edges that resist fraying and thread‑loosening, ideal for mass‑production of student subject pouches and document pouches.
1. Multi‑process integrated automation
Servo‑PLC control runs the full workflow continuously: pouch loading & positioning → two‑side fold‑over edge sewing → ultrasonic reinforcement welding → fixed‑length cutting. Stitch‑based base reinforcement followed by a second ultrasonic hot‑melt seal delivers dual‑process edge‑strength protection. An independent waste‑recovery structure automatically collects cutting scrap, eliminating manual edge‑waste cleanup and saving labor. The machine is fitted with well‑known electrical & pneumatic components including Huichuan, Airtac, Panasonic, Yijia, Chint, Omron and Siemens, supporting long‑hour non‑stop production.
2. Reliable edge‑processing quality
Sewing first sets the shape, then ultrasonic hot‑melt pressing seals the edge. Cuts are smooth and regular; pouch sides resist pulling, cracking and fabric fraying. Welding pressure, stitch pitch and cutting length are touch‑screen adjustable, delivering consistent batch dimensions and low defect rates.
3. Broad material compatibility
Works with non‑woven fabric, oxford fabric and polyester textiles. Produces multi‑layer subject pouches, divider storage pouches, office document pouches and archive storage fabric pouches. Pouch length, width and edge‑wrapping width are adjustable; process parameters can be saved for quick change‑over.
