Servo‑PLC control system realizes automatic ear‑loop feeding, buffer stretching, pneumatic cutting and dual‑side synchronous spot welding. Operators only need to place mask bodies. 2. High‑strength ultrasonic hot‑melt welding
Equipped with 20 kHz high‑power ultrasonic welding heads. Materials fuse under high temperature without adhesive glue. Weld spots are neat, compact and burr‑free. Ear‑loops stay bonded after repeated pulling and meet medical‑grade mask welding standards to prevent ear‑loop detachment during wearing.
3. Multi‑size compatibility & easy setup
Touch‑screen adjustable parameters: welding time, pressure, ear‑loop length and welding position. Recipes can be saved. Quick change‑over for different mask sizes and ear‑loop thicknesses. Compatible with 3‑ply civilian masks, surgical masks and children‑size masks.
