Sliders are auto‑fed by vibration bowl and inserted automatically via the slider‑mounting mechanism. Maximum processable zipper length reaches 1 m. Stable and reliable for long‑hour continuous running.

2. Works with most split‑type sliders of the same model (e.g., most #3 split sliders). Model‑specific design: one machine code for one slider type (**#3 and #5 sliders cannot run on the same unit**). For stable performance, sliders and zipper tape should ideally be sourced from the same manufacturer. The tolerance difference within the same specification shall not exceed 0.1 mm. Supports #3 and #5 nylon zipper sliders. Not recommended for low‑batch‑size production of mixed specifications.
