Storage Box Side‑Panel Wrapping Machine

This machine is specially custom‑built for automated wrapping of fabric storage‑box side panels. It automatically completes non‑woven fabric feeding with fixed‑length cutting, positioning & wrapping of double paperboards, four‑side edge‑folding and ultrasonic hot‑melt welding at the perimeter and intermediate positions. Extra fabric folding allowance is reserved so that side panels bend smoothly and flexibly. It is mainly used for mass‑production of honeycomb‑board and PE‑board storage‑box side panels.

The servo‑PLC precision control system handles material positioning, edge‑folding & wrapping, and zoned ultrasonic welding at the perimeter and intermediate areas, completing multi‑point welding in one step. Manual fabric‑wrapping and hand heat‑press procedures are eliminated. The machine is fitted with electrical & pneumatic components from Siemens, Yijia, Chint, Panasonic, Huichuan, Airtac, Omron and other brands, supporting long‑hour non‑stop mass production.

2. Ultrasonic spot‑welding for folding flexibility
Zoned welding control: border areas are sealed firmly while intermediate spot‑welds fix the fabric, and non‑welded zones retain fabric flexibility so side panels fold and bend smoothly. The seamless fusion leaves no needle holes; edges do not fray or separate, delivering a clean, premium appearance.

3. Broad board & fabric compatibility
Works with side‑panel base materials including honeycomb paperboard, PE foamed board, hard paperboard and EVA pad board. Wrapping fabrics include non‑woven fabric, polyester fabric and oxford fabric. Touch‑screen adjustment of wrapping width, welding time, pressure and spot spacing. Multiple process‑parameter recipes can be saved for quick change‑over between different side‑panel specifications.

4. Full‑production‑line integration & lifetime after‑sales
Combines with storage‑box base‑board wrapping machines, handle sewing machines and fabric‑bag folding sewing machines to build a complete automatic storage‑box production line. Equipped with material‑shortage and jam‑detection alarms; optional waste‑collection structure for cutting scrap. On‑site installation & commissioning, operator training and lifetime maintenance service are provided.
