Webbing Loop Forming Machine

This machine is specially developed for automated production of various webbing loops, wrist loops and tie‑belt rings. Driven by a precision transmission mechanism, it automatically feeds webbing, folds it into accurate loops, then seals them by ultrasonic hot‑melt welding. Finished products have no sewing stitches; the surface is smooth and premium‑looking, with strong, pull‑resistant weld points. It is ideal for mass‑processing of webbing hanging loops and carrying loops for luggage, storage boxes and document pouches.

High‑frequency ultrasonic fusion melts and compresses webbing fibers together — no thread ends, no needle‑hole marks. Weld points are flat and concealed, firmly bonded and resistant to tearing or opening under repeated pulling, delivering a clean, high‑grade finish. Welding pressure, fusion time and loop circumference are all adjustable on the touch‑screen, and parameters can be saved.

3. Broad material compatibility & quick change‑over
Works with nylon webbing, polyester webbing, canvas strap and elastic webbing. Changing webbing width or loop size only requires touch‑screen parameter adjustment — no complex mold replacement.

Interconnects with automatic zipper‑slider mounting machines, cord‑loop gluing machines, flexible‑bag folding & sewing machines and triangle‑piece cutting machines to build complete storage‑box and fabric‑bag production lines.
